• Products that have been worn, used, or washed.

• Orders that were accurately produced according to the client’s request.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

 

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

 

Instead of refunds, we may offer exchanges or store credit depending on the situation.
